We understand the challenges that residents and their loved ones have faced since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Your support for the measures taken to protects all resident and our staff has been greatly appreciated.
Visitation Guidelines for Independent Living Residents:
Independent Living residents may receive visitors, including overnight guests. While these guests need not be prescreened on arrival all visitors are required to wear a mask while in our community.
Visitation Guidelines for Personal Care and Health Care Residents:
In addition to our residential living visitation polices, to ensure the continued safety of all our residents and staff, we have the following pro-active policies and procedures in place:
- For visitors to our Personal Care, Memory Support and Health Care Center, Campus access is limited to our Main Entrance on State Road.
- Staff, Visitors to Personal Care, Memory Support, the Health Care Center and vendors MUST check-in at our Main Entrance and be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and fever, per PA Department of Health guidelines.
- Following their screening, visitors or vendors will receive a Visitor badge.
- ALL Staff, visitors and vendors to our Personal Care, Memory Support and the Health Care Center are REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS WHILE ON CAMPUS.
In addition, our Life Enrichment or Activities department is happy to coordinate Window Visits in a specially designated area on our campus or a “virtual” visit for family members using current technology, including providing devices.
